Design and Display
The Umidigi A7 Pro design is a clear cut out of the Umidigi A5 Pro. Most of the design elements remain the same. In summary, you have got a very familiar smartphone.
On the rear, we have a square module, which resembles that of the Infinix Hot 9. This square module is home to quad cameras and a camera flash.
The rear of this Mobile phone is also home to a capacitive fingerprint sensor and the Umidigi branding which indicates its an Umidigi smartphone.
Upfront, we have a 6.3 inch IPS LCD display with a drop notch which houses its front-facing camera. This display has a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080.
The Cameras
The cameras department of the Umidigi A7 Pro comes packed with a minor upgrade from its predecessor. It’s an upgrade that may not give some enthusiasts enough reason to affirm their purchase decision.
The main upgrade here is the addition of a fourth camera on the rear. Which is a 5MP macro camera. Other cameras on the rear include a 16MP primary camera, a 16MP ultrawide camera, and a 5MP depth camera.
This rear camera system is capable of 720p and 1080p video recording at 30fps. You also get HDR mode for photos.
Selfies are manned by a 16MP front-facing camera. This camera is also capable of 720p and 180p video at 30fps.

The Umidigi A7 Pro brings back a very familiar specs sheet. Umidigi let some of the hardware features of the A5 Pro untouched. The upgrades here are pretty much the new variants for storage.
It offers a new 64GB and 128GB storage variants. Other features championing the phone’s power include an Octa-core MediaTek Helio P23, 4GB of RAM, an ARM Mali G71 MP1 graphics processing unit, and a 4,510mAh battery.
